Not yet. TRNCH has no token for now, and any token using the TRNCH name is not ours. Anything official is announced on this site and on [@trnchfun](https://x.com/trnchfun), never in a private message. ## Who is behind TRNCH? An independent team. TRNCH is self-funded and backed by one private angel investor, with no venture capital, so we make the calls we want for our community, without outside pressure. The company behind the service is listed on the [Contact](/contact.md) page. ## Does TRNCH hold my funds? No. TRNCH is non-custodial. Your tokens stay in your wallet and you sign every transaction yourself. TRNCH never sees your keys and will never ask for your recovery phrase. ## Which network and which wallets? TRNCH runs on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663). Use a self-custodial wallet such as MetaMask, Rabby or Rainbow, or any wallet that connects through WalletConnect. You need a little ETH on Robinhood Chain for gas. ## How many DEXs does TRNCH check? Every swap asks four routers at once: KyberSwap, LI.FI, Uniswap and 0x. Together they cover 50+ DEXs on Robinhood Chain. See [Routing and quotes](/trade/routing-and-quotes.md). ## What does a swap cost? The network fee (gas), shown by your wallet, plus any fees charged by the routers. The TRNCH service fee, from 0.50% to 1.50% depending on the swap, is coming soon: it applies from launch. It is included in the quote, so the amount shown before you sign is what you receive. See [Fees](/trade/fees.md). ## Why isn't a token on the Heat? The race only shows new tokens our routers can trade. Tokens with no route, tokens mostly held by their deployer or a handful of wallets, pools too thin to trade, pools only minutes old and tokens that are not new all stay out. Fresh pools of older tokens are under **New pools**. See [Heat](/heat.md). ## Does a high Heat mean a token is safe? No. Heat measures momentum, held back by trust signals. It is not a safety rating: a hot token can still go to zero in an hour. ## Why did my swap fail? Most often the price moved past your maximum slippage, the pool was too thin for your amount, your balance or your ETH for gas was too low, or your wallet was on another network. Try a smaller amount or a fresh quote. If it keeps failing, write to us. Failed swaps are recorded so that we can look into them. ## How do I see my PnL? On Trade, **Your wallet** shows your average cost and your profit and loss for the tokens you bought through TRNCH, and **Your swaps** lists your swaps. Tokens bought elsewhere have no cost basis on TRNCH. See [Trade](/trade.md). ## How do I earn packs? Swap through TRNCH. Your volume of the day earns packs at each tier, starting at $100. Tiers reset at midnight UTC and earned packs never expire. See [Packs and cards](/packs-and-cards.md). ## When can I open my packs? When the game opens. It is coming soon, and until then packs stay sealed. ## When does the game open? Soon, together with the contract that will hold the pot. It will be announced here and on X. See [The game](/the-game.md). ## Do I need cards to play? Yes, five of them, plus an entry (a ticket, 10 USDG in Season 0). A new account gets 5 cards of random rarity, enough for a first hand. Post the pre-filled message from your linked X account (older than 30 days) and you get a second free pack, with at least one uncommon. After that, cards come from your volume. ## How do I get more cards? Volume. The day's tiers credit packs instantly, and every hand you play earns a gift pack when you lock it. Lifetime volume milestones pay their own packs once, and cards you don't play can be fused into a higher rarity. ## Are rare cards just better? No. The multiplier cuts both ways: a legendary at -10% costs you 1,300 points, where a common costs 1,000. A rare card is a bigger bet, not insurance. ## When do I lock, and can I still change a card? You lock whenever you want during the day, in one go: your cards score from that moment to the draw at midnight UTC. After that, one card can still be changed for 10 USDG, and its move counts from the change, with no catch-up. The captain can never be changed. ## What happens if everything dumps? Negative hands still rank, so the least red hand can win the round outright. Ranking is relative: green is optional. ## Will cards be mintable? Cards will be mintable as NFTs for free, and what you stack and fuse today will count. ## Is there a referral program? Coming soon. Until it is live, a referral link earns no reward. See the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms.md). ## Can I use TRNCH from my country? Not from a country or region under comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and not if you are on a sanctions list. Anywhere else, it is up to you to check that trading tokens (and a game with a paid entry) is allowed where you live. See the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms.md). ## Where are my searches and favorites stored? On your device. Your recent searches and your favorites on the Heat stay in your browser. Two small cookies remember your layout choices on Trade and on the Heat. When you pick a token in the search, we only count that token, anonymously, for "Most searched". See the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy.md). ## How do I delete my data? Write to with your wallet address. We delete your account data. What is recorded on the blockchain is public and cannot be erased by anyone. See the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy.md). ## How do I report a fake TRNCH token or a scam?
