# DEX aggregators on Robinhood Chain

How swap aggregators work on Robinhood Chain, what to compare, and how TRNCH routes across six of them.

The full guide, with live numbers, is on trnch.fun: [Robinhood Chain DEX and swap](https://trnch.fun/robinhood-chain/dex).

How swap aggregators work on Robinhood Chain, what to compare, and how TRNCH routes across six of them.

## What a DEX aggregator does

A DEX aggregator looks for the best way to fill a swap across many pools: Uniswap v2, v3 and v4 pools, SushiSwap, launchpad curves and others. It can split an order across several pools to get a better price than any single pool.

## Aggregators on Robinhood Chain

Several aggregators and routing APIs serve Robinhood Chain, among them KyberSwap, LI.FI, Uniswap's routing, 0x, SushiSwap and 1inch. Each one indexes its own set of pools, so their coverage differs, especially on tokens a few minutes old.

## What to compare

* **Coverage of new tokens.** Can it quote a token launched an hour ago?
* **Quote transparency.** Do you see what you receive, the minimum at your slippage, and the network cost?
* **Re-quote at signing.** Is the price checked again when you press Swap?
* **Approvals.** Exact amount, or unlimited allowance?
* **Audited contracts.** Does the swap go through the router's own audited contract?
* **Cross-chain.** Can you bring funds from another chain in the same place?

## Why one router isn't enough on a young chain

Different routers find different routes. On a young chain, a token one router cannot quote is often tradable through another. Asking several at once avoids a false "no route" and usually finds a better return.

## How TRNCH does it

* Every swap is routed across six routers: KyberSwap, LI.FI, Uniswap, 0x, SushiSwap and 1inch. Together they cover 50+ DEXs on Robinhood Chain.
* Every answer is shown on screen. Among the routes that pass our checks, the best return is picked by default, and you can pick another.
* Each quote is checked against the others and against a reference price. A route that falls short stays visible, greyed out, with the reason.
* When you press Swap, the routers are asked again and the route you picked must still pass.
* Approvals are for the exact amount. TRNCH is non-custodial: your funds stay in your wallet and go straight to the router's contract.

See [Routing and quotes](/trade/routing-and-quotes.md) and [Security](https://docs.trnch.fun/security) for the router audits.

## FAQ

**Is TRNCH a DEX?** No. TRNCH does not run pools. It routes your swap through established aggregators and shows you every answer.

**Does TRNCH hold my funds?** No. TRNCH is non-custodial. You sign every transaction in your own wallet.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.trnch.fun/guides/dex-aggregators-on-robinhood-chain.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
