We act as data controller, including within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies. ## 1. Blockchain data is public by nature and is not controlled by us. ## 2. Who receives your data We use processors and independent third parties to run the Service. The library is served from our own site. | None | Wallet providers you choose (for example MetaMask, Rabby, Rainbow or any WalletConnect wallet) are governed by their own policies. Every transaction you sign is permanently and publicly recorded on Robinhood Chain and is not covered by this Policy. The Service also links to other sites, for example the routers' websites, TradingView, GeckoTerminal, a bridge and X. When you follow a link, that site's own policy applies. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. ## 4. International transfers We are established in the United States. Our database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland), and several providers are located outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed. ## 5. Retention * Account, activity and Game data are kept for as long as your account exists. We delete them when you ask us to delete your account, except what we must keep to comply with the law. * Transactions we build for your wallet are deleted automatically, every day, once they are more than one day old. * Failed swaps are deleted automatically, every day, once they are more than 30 days old. * Rate-limit counters (by wallet, or by the daily hash of your IP address) are deleted automatically, every day, once they are more than one hour old. * Anonymous search counts are deleted automatically, every day, once they are more than 48 hours old. * Request and error logs are kept by our hosting providers for their standard retention periods. * Public names of wallet addresses are kept and refreshed from the block explorer. * Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request. * Settings stored in your browser stay until you clear them. Our two cookies expire after one year. * Data recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone. ## 6. Cookies and local storage The Service uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores what keeps you signed in and what remembers your own choices. Privy keeps your session in your browser so that you stay signed in, and the wallet connection libraries remember the wallet you connected. Two cookies remember your layout: the Trade view you picked (Swap or Trade, chart shown or hidden), sent only with requests to the Trade page, and the height you gave the chart on the Heat, sent only with requests to the Heat. Both expire after one year. Your browser's local storage keeps your last eight searches, your favorite tokens on the Heat, whether the Activity panel is folded, whether you have seen the Heat introduction, whether you completed a first swap on this device, and whether sounds are on. None of it is sent to us. Audience measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. If we add any technology requiring consent, we will ask for it first. ## 7. Your rights Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase and port your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Similar rights may apply under the law where you live. To exercise these rights, contact us at . We may ask you to prove control of the wallet or login concerned, for example by signing a message, never by giving us your recovery phrase or private key. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You can change your display name at any time on your profile. Note that erasure cannot extend to data recorded on a public blockchain, and that some records must be kept to meet legal obligations. ## 8. Security We use HTTPS everywhere, a strict content security policy, access controls on our infrastructure and secret management for API credentials. Your browser can only read public data from our database. No system is perfectly secure, and you remain responsible for the security of your wallet and login methods. ## 9. Children The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it. ## 10. Changes We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be announced on the Service. ## 11.
