Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.trnch.fun/legal/terms.md). # Terms of Use The terms that govern your use of TRNCH. **Last updated: 28 September 2026** These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRNCH website at trnch.fun, its subdomains, interfaces and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by TrnchLabs - U SALGETU LLC, 304 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States of America ("TRNCH", "we", "us"). By connecting a wallet, creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also read our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy.md) and our [Risk Disclosure](/legal/risk.md). ## 1. What the Service is TRNCH is a non-custodial interface for Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663). It lets you: * discover recently created token pairs, ranked by a proprietary score ("Heat"); * request swap quotes from third-party routing providers and submit swap transactions from your own wallet; * earn digital collectible cards ("Cards") and card packs ("Packs") based on your swap activity, and take part in the TRNCH card game (the "Game") once it opens. TRNCH never holds your funds, never has access to your private keys and cannot execute, reverse or cancel a transaction on your behalf. Every transaction is signed by you, in your wallet, and executed by third-party smart contracts on a public blockchain. ## 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive United States sanctions (at the date of these Terms: Cuba, Iran, North Korea and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). You may not use it either if you are, or act on behalf of, a person or entity designated on a United States sanctions list, such as the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on token trading and on games with a paid entry. ## 3. Your wallet and your account You sign in through our sign-in provider, Privy, with your wallet or your X account. Swapping requires your own self-custodial wallet. You can also link your X account to your profile. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, recovery phrase (seed phrase), private keys and login methods (your wallet and, if you link it, your X account). TRNCH will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Anything done through your wallet is deemed done by you. ## 4. Swaps and routing 4.1. Quotes shown on the Service come from third-party aggregators and routers, such as KyberSwap, LI.FI, Uniswap and 0x; the list may change. TRNCH compares them and may decline to display a route that looks unreliable. A quote is indicative only; the executed price, slippage and gas are determined on-chain at the time of execution. 4.2. **Fees.** A TRNCH service fee may apply to swaps routed through the Service. When it applies, it is included in the quote shown before you sign and is deducted by the routing provider during the swap. Network (gas) fees and any fees charged by routing providers are in addition, and are borne by you. The current fees and their status are published on the [Fees](/trade/fees.md) page. 4.3. You acknowledge that tokens listed on the Service may be illiquid, manipulated, unsellable ("honeypots"), abandoned, fraudulent or imitations of other tokens. TRNCH has no token yet: any token using the TRNCH name is not ours. Heat, the "Trust" factor, filters and any label on the Service are informational signals derived from public on-chain and third-party data. They are not a verification, a rating, an endorsement or investment advice, and they can be wrong. 4.4. Transactions on a public blockchain are irreversible. TRNCH cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address, lost to slippage, front-running, failed transactions or a malicious token. ## 5. Packs, Cards and the Game 5.1. **Packs.** Packs are credited to your account according to the volume of your swaps routed through the Service (daily volume tiers and lifetime milestones), following the schedule and conditions published on the Service. Packs are sealed until the Game opens. Packs and Cards have no monetary value, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for money from TRNCH. 5.2. **Anti-abuse.** We may withhold, cancel or void Packs, Cards, rankings and rewards obtained through fraud, the exploitation of a bug or vulnerability, or any breach of these Terms. 5.3. **The Game.** When open, the Game runs in rounds of one UTC day. You compose a hand of Cards and lock it before the round's draw. Each Card scores the real price movement of its underlying token between your lock and the draw, adjusted by the multipliers published in the rules. Rankings are settled on closing prices from sources we designate. 5.4. **Entries and prizes.** The Game is not open yet and will open in a later phase. Taking part in a round may require purchasing an entry. Entries fund the pot of the round, which TRNCH may seed. The detailed rules, the entry prices, the split of the pot and eligibility will be published before the Game opens and will form part of these Terms. An entry is not refunded if your hand does not finish among the paid ranks. Packs and Cards have no monetary value. The Game may be unavailable, or limited, where the law restricts contests or games with a paid entry; you are responsible for checking the law that applies to you. 5.5. Rules, schedules, multipliers, cut-offs and prize splits are published on the Service and may be changed for future rounds. Changes never apply to a round already locked. 5.6. Any future minting of Cards as on-chain tokens, secondary market or trading of Cards will be governed by additional terms published before launch. ## 6. Referrals Referral links, when available, credit rewards only as described on the Service at the time. Until the referral program is live, sharing a referral link earns no reward. Self-referral and referral fraud void the associated rewards. ## 7. Acceptable use You agree not to: use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion; interfere with the Service, its APIs, rate limits or data feeds; scrape or resell Service data; misrepresent your identity or location; use the Service if you are on a sanctions list; or attempt to obtain Packs, Cards or rankings by fraud. ## 8. Intellectual property The Service, the TRNCH name, logo, card designs, Heat methodology and all related content are owned by TRNCH or its licensors. Token names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. ## 9. Third-party services The Service relies on third parties we do not control, including Robinhood Chain and its node and data providers (Envio HyperSync, Alchemy), our sign-in provider (Privy), wallet providers (MetaMask, WalletConnect and others), routing providers (such as KyberSwap, LI.FI, Uniswap and 0x), data providers (GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, Blockscout) and hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, GitBook). Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside our control. ## 10. No advice, no warranty The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. TRNCH does not guarantee that any route will be available, that any price will be obtained, that any data is accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. ## 11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRNCH and its officers, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of tokens, funds, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, third-party services, smart contracts, market movements or the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the service fees you paid to TRNCH in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. ## 12. Indemnity You will indemnify TRNCH against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service or your violation of any law or third-party right. ## 13. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, abuse or legal risk. Sections 4.4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 survive termination. ## 14. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the state and federal courts located in the State of New Mexico, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may give you the right to bring proceedings where you live. ## 15. Changes We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. ## 16.
