# Partners

The partner program for scan bots, creators and trading communities, and paid placements for projects.

The partner program for scan bots, creators and trading communities, and ads for projects.

## Partner program

Scan bots, creators and trading communities earn a share of the service fees TRNCH receives on the swaps and bridges their links bring.

### Your links

| Link                                            | Opens                 |
| ----------------------------------------------- | --------------------- |
| `trnch.fun/p/yourcode`                          | The Heat              |
| `trnch.fun/p/yourcode?token=<contract address>` | That token on Trade   |
| `?ref=yourcode` added to any trnch.fun link | The page of that link |

How a trader is credited to you:

* A trader who opens your link is credited to you for that visit. The swaps and bridges they sign until they close or reload the tab count for you.
* The page also shows a one-line banner: credit you for 30 days?
* **Keep**: a small cookie holds your code for 30 days. Their later visits count for you, until they keep another partner's link.
* **No thanks**: that visit is not credited to you. A link they accepted earlier stays until they remove it with `?partner=off`.
* No answer: only that visit counts for you, and nothing is stored.
* A code that does not match an active partner is ignored: no banner, nothing stored, nothing credited.
* A trader who arrives through another partner's link counts for that partner.

See the Privacy Policy.

### Your share

Your share of the fees TRNCH receives grows with the monthly volume your links bring. Your exact terms are given when you join and shown on your private partner page. Months are calendar months in UTC.

* **The fee of a swap or a bridge** is what the TRNCH fee address received in that transaction, or what LI.FI credited to it.
* It is read from the transaction receipt, or from the explorer's internal transfers when it was paid in native ETH.
* Every line of your statement is a transaction you can open in the explorer.
* **Not counted:** swaps under $5, and swaps sent from your own payout wallet. They are listed with the reason.
* **A bridge** counts on its sending transaction, on the chain it leaves from.
* The terms, the minimums and the reserve can change. The ones in force when a month closes apply to that month.

### Statements and payouts

Each partner gets a private page, behind a secret link. It shows your links, your payout address, the TRNCH fee address, the current month as it happens and your closed statements.

* **Statements close on the 1st of each month (UTC)**, once every fee of the month has been read. Fees paid in native ETH can take a little longer.
* Each closed statement comes with its CSV file and the **SHA-256 fingerprint** of that file. Run `sha256sum` on the downloaded file (`shasum -a 256` on macOS, `Get-FileHash` on Windows): the result matches the fingerprint.
* Our database refuses any change to a closed statement.
* **Payouts are made in USDG on Robinhood Chain**, to your payout address, after a 7 day reserve, from $20 due. A smaller amount carries over to the next payout.
* Every payout is signed by hand and shows on your page with its transaction.

### Join

Partners are added by TRNCH. For partnerships, write to <partners@trnch.fun> or on Telegram to [@isonips](https://t.me/isonips). Tell us about your bot, channel or community and the address where you want to be paid (USDG on Robinhood Chain). The program is covered by the Terms of Use.

## Ads

{% hint style="info" %}
**Invite only for now.** There is no public price. To ask for access, write to <hello@trnch.fun> or on Telegram to [@isonips](https://t.me/isonips).
{% endhint %}

Projects can place an ad for their token on TRNCH. Ad placements sit on the Heat and Trade pages, labelled **Ad**.

* An ad never changes the Heat ranking or a token's Heat.
* Tokens that imitate TRNCH, ETH, WETH or USDG cannot be promoted.
* TRNCH can pause an ad that misleads traders.
* If a paid ad cannot be served, it is refunded to the wallet that paid within 3 business days.
* Ads are the same for every visitor and use no personal data.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.trnch.fun/partners.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
